Tier advancement is automatic based on your accumulated Loyalty Points. Bronze requires 0 points, Silver 1,000 points, Gold 5,000 points, Platinum 25,000 points, and Diamond 100,000 points. How is cashback calculated and when is it paid?
Cashback is calculated weekly based on your net losses from Monday to Sunday. The percentage depends on your VIP tier (5% for Bronze up to 15% for Diamond). Cashback is credited every Monday by 12:00 UTC as real cash with no wagering requirements. Minimum net loss of C$10 is required to receive cashback. Winning weeks do not carry over negative balances.
Can I lose my VIP status?
Your VIP tier is reviewed quarterly. To maintain your current tier, you need to earn at least 50% of the required points during each quarter. For example, Gold members (5,000 points required) need to earn at least 2,500 points per quarter to maintain status. If you fall short, you may be moved down one tier. Diamond members receive special retention offers before any tier change.
